How can I find out the last name of a person for free,?

if I know only their first name and the street they live on, but not their last name or exact address?

Since you apparently want to stalk someone, why not pay attention to the car that person drives (and see which driveway it's parked in at night), or watch as that person walks into his (or her) house. That's the very least that a good stalker would do.

When you have discovered which house belongs to your victim, wait for the postal delivery person to put mail in that person's mail box. Then have a peek at the name to whom the mail is addressed.

Voilà! You can unleash your dastardly plans!

Or, you could do as an earlier post suggested: go up to that person next time you see him (or her), introduce yourself, and start a friendship.

Ask them. You dont have enough information to narrow the search down. You could look at the local assessors or township website and pull all of the addresses in that block range and look at the ownership information. But unless the individual is the actual owner of the property AND you know the specific address you can only narrow your search with this method.
