If you mean the CD is stuck inside th CD ROM drive, panic not.

Power off the PC, and if the drive usually side on it's side, sit PC on it's side so the CD tray is "right way up" (ie disc would sit flat on top of it)

Take a paper clip and straighten it.

Gently, insert into the small hole in the front of drive, and press to operate the "emergency manual eject" and then hopefully it will come out a little. U MAY need to use the paperclipto help centralise CD on tray again, then gently draw tray out.

If CD sits on side, ensure the "retainer clips" on tray are set to hold it.

There is a tiny little hole on the front of the cd-drive:

1) Turn your computer off
2) Get a paper clip and bend the end of it straight
3) Push the paper clip carefully but firmly into the hole until the trays comes out.

**NOTE: you can do this while the computer is on but the cd-drive may try to pull the tray back in.

Done! =)

Sounds like you are saying the CD disk fell down INSIDE the computer.

If that is the case, then you will have to remove the cover to get access to the inside of your computer.

Turn the power off and make sure to do it on a hard surface. Ground yourself by touching something metal before you reach inside, static electricity from your hand can damage the inner workings.

If you don't feel comfortable doing this, the only other alternative is taking it to a repair person.
