I am wondering if there is anyway i can convert my usb internet into a bluetooth dongle?
is this possible?

The frequencies somewhat similar on bluetooth and 802.11 protocols. Hardware is too different though, you would need to make extreme modifications to it.

Not worth the expense and effort. You could just end up being miserable later. Just buy a bluetooth dongle. They now cost only about $10.

U cannot change the specification of the device, USB bluetooth dongles are cheap now, just buy one
