Yes. Rarely now for me, but I have a friend who uses Photoshop Elements very frequently.

Adobe Photoshop is one of the most popular imaging programs out and is very widely used, though sophisticated and can take a long time to learn how to use it proficiciently. If the question was merely to find out that, and you have only basic editing that you want to do, just stick to Office Picture Manager, Googles Picasa2 or even Jasc Paintshop Pro, quite sophisticated but much easier than Photoshop to get to grips with.

yeah, sometimes, ive used it to mod pics of my car - put different wheels on, lower it, tint the windows etc......
