I just got a new laptop for my birthday...It says I can hook up to WLAN, and I have been using a wireless something hooked up tmy DSL ethernet. Can I hook up to Wi-Fi without a card, or a subscription or something?...And how DO I use Wi-Fi?

I just took the Panels off of my PC I built last January. I figured I should check for Dust, and clean it out. I noticed that on the Back (Underside) of my MotherBoard, there are 3 Clusters of Tiny Components.

I remember seeing them before, I just never realy thought that much of them. But what made me so Curious, is that I finally noticed that 2 of these Clusters are underneath the North & South Bridges.

Their is a Small Cluster right underneath of the CPU (K8).
I knew this before.
Their is a Larger Cluster right underneath of the North Bridge.
Their is also a similar sized Cluster underneath the South Bridge.

Now, this got me Thinking!! Why are they underneath these Key Locations? And what are they for?!? What do they Do?!?

I took a dumb video on my camera. I was acting silly but i really don't want any one to see it. I should have though 2 and I did delete it...but is it really deleted?
I took the video on my camera.
I deleted right after i watched it once.
I waited (i wanna say...not sure..)a month till I put the memory card in my computer and imported the pictures. They go onto PICASA2.

But I feel sick when i think of it and i didnt for a while...it's been maybe 1/2 a year to a year since the video. I'm scared it's not deleted though.

Is it and how can i forget about it and not worry whenever someone is on the computer? is there away to let my worrys go? How would you...but most importantly...IS IT DELETED?!!?! i really hope it is. No one has seen it (i think) and it's been a loooooooonnnnnnng tiime.
I looked through are out PICASA2 files may times...should i cheak any-place else or is it gone....
When I uploaded the pictures...i seriously don't remember them coming up in the library

I just had to completely remove everything off my old computer and reinstal Windows XP and I noticed that I can't use my ethernet connection because there is no ethernet controller driver and it has a problem, I just want to know where I can get one, thanks in advance.

Can someone explain these lines of code? This program is for generating temperature of ten locations. I’m learning Array and having difficulty to understand some things.

Explain temperature[i].length and temperature[i][j] in these lines. I’m having difficulty to understand [i] and [i][j] what will these lines do and how will? Please explain these.

Ok il start from the beginning.. when i switch my computer on it loads as normal.. then a blue screen comes up with the windows logo on it saying a hard drive needs to be checked or something like that.. if i leave it to check a list comes up saying its deleting loads of things.. this happens everytime i switch the comp on, so i never let it do a full check.. i switch the comp off and on and when i get to that stage again i just press a key to skip the scan..
well today i accidently let it start doing a scan.. and again it said it was deleting loads of things.. so i switch it on and off, skip the scan etc. and log on to the computer.. now im having problems.. if i try to open a web page it says something like the following application could not be found ('null') something along those lines...
my mozilla firefox is refusing to load, saying an existing fire fox process is still running, close and restart to begin a new session... so that wont open either..
has a virus done this?
