I need help for choosing motherboard.?

I want to buy an intel core duo processor to upgrade my computer but I don't want to change my existing ram and graphics card.
So I need a motehrboard with intel core duo, DDR1 ram and AGP support.
Please give me manufacturers/model numbers for the specs above.
