when i install office 2007 , a message ' ...encourter a problem ' ,then cannot install ! why ?

If you have a previous version of Office installed, then I'd recommend you to first uninstall the same. Then install the fresh copy of Office 2007. Also, ensure that Office 2007 that you have is an original one. This can be evident in the initial stage itself, as the installation would not be complete if the package is pirated.

if winxp then u re got a illegal one.
