Is there any reason why I can't use glossy photo paper for an inkjet printer in a colour laser printer ? If not, what kind of photo paper can I use ?

I remember that there was an episode of Mythbusters where they were trying to see if thunderstorms could severely damage home appliances (like microwaves and computers), and they found that most of them (including the test computer) were not damaged in the testing. So why should I unplug my computer anyway? Thanks, your answers are very much appreciated!

i just installed it and when i go to play it an error comes up. saying

game.exe - unable to locate component

this application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem

should do with the 4 infections now in the virus vault?
when i tried to delete them it said, '' do i wish to remove the trojans from the virus vault?''~ does this mean it will place them back into my computer and wont totally remove them?

I've seen several websites that use photos from places like Getty images or the AP.

They give Getty Images the credit for the images (with a caption or something), but don't purchase the image rights directly.

Is it legal to use photos (such as sports photos) from a website, as long as you give credit to them in a caption or something? Or is this copyright infringement?

I've yet to receive a direct answer regarding this, and I've looked all over.

Can you help?

I am currently developing a program in Microsoft Active Server Pages. I need a best editor for editing:
Microsoft Active Server Pages (Classic ASP)
Microsoft Active Server Pages .net (ASP.net)

For ex: Everyone knows about Visual Basic programming and the best editor is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 (Part of Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0). The same way I need an editor for ASP and ASP.net exclusively.

Thanks for all the tips, I got the virus shield from AOL to scan my computer, but I think I'm going to buy NORTON antivirus 2007, it's $30, and if you buy virus protection, its probably better than the freebies. I have a dell b130 inspiron notebook with a 40 gb hard drive, 512 mb of ram, a 1.60 GHz processor and windows xp home edition. i keed running into the problem with randomly losing hard drive space. I have about 33 gb usable on the hard drive and only enough stuff on it to use up about 13 gb, so i should have about 20 gb free. the thing is, i dont. I had this problem about 2 weeks ago, so i backed up all my important files, and did a full system restore to put it back to factory settings. everything was fine until today when i looked at it, it says that i have only about 6 gb free when like i said earlier, i should have about 20 free. does anyone know what might be causing this?

I develop websites. I just read the web development guidelines in the book, "Don't Make Me Think". Are these two items true, for you?
(1) You glance at a web page when you arrive, and if it's fairly slow or you don't see something fairly interesting right away, you move on elsewhere...
and
(2) You tend to expect a logo at upper left plus navigation buttons across top and/or at left, ignoring any in the middle
