I downloaded the Safari Browser on the Apple Website and i would have to say it is a little bit faster then IE7.

i tried it out 4 like a day then i went back to firefox. most ppl don't even use safari on a mac let alone on windows. its slower he IE & in some cases, n how do u get a browser slower than IE

i gree with the above, opera is the way to go for a fast browser, it is also the most secure browser at the moment and well customizeable, it beats firefox any day

I was disappointed. I thought it was going to be super fast, but I find Opera to still be much faster. Safari is about as fast as my IE-6.
