i just installed it and when i go to play it an error comes up. saying
game.exe - unable to locate component
this application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem

It looks as though it's a DirectX 9 file for 3D graphics that the programme can't find. Reinstall DirectX 9.

Try exploring the disc for the file that is missing. Double-click my computer, then right-click the game and click explore.
Or keep on reinstalling the game, it might work.
