A heard that there is a small car with a speed limit that can be driven without driving licence..Is that true? For what age can you drive it?How many places does the car has , and which is the speed limit?
And how much does it cost..Are there also cars like this having a ''ceiling''that can be ''removed''?I mean ..withdrawn...you know..to feel the air..
I always wanted a car that can be driven with a low speed..like old cars..
Now I heard that they still exist..in modern form...

This morning, I was riding a moped. There is currently some flats being built so some temporary traffic lights have been set up. The light turned red so I pulled the brakes. I wasn’t going over the limit and I didn’t brake to tightly. However, due to the stones and other debris from the building works, I skidded out of control and came off my bike. It caused quite a bit of cosmetic damage and the wheel and steering bar will need to be realigned. I guess it will need to be checked for other damage. There were no signs warning over loose debris (which I think exist). I am entitled to money from the building company to cover costs? Am I entitled to any extra money for the fact I crashed and this obviously wasn’t fun! What is the best course of action to take? They are a big company. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

I was driving closely behind a car and he slowed down to make a turn. He didnt use his turn signal so i assumed he was going to turn right. I attempted to go around him by going to the left and he apparently turned left and hit me in the back. Am I at fault for going around him?

We are in the process of buying a used mini van. We have 4 sons, 3 who are still in carseats. We need to have easy access to the far rear seats as well as the middle seats. I like the 1999+ body style of the Honda Odyssey. It is much bigger than the 1998-. I have a few friends with an Odyssey, and they love it. What are the pro's and con's of both vehicles? From what I have noticed, we can purchase a Kia Sedona 2000-2004 for the same price as an older Odyssey. Is that b/c they arent as good? I really need help with making the safest decision for my family. Any suggestions? We have very large Britax carseats- anyone else use these carseats in either minivan? Do they fit well? Do your children have ample leg room etc?

Is it safe to drive with someone who slams their transmission into reverse whilst coming to a red light (instead of using their brakes)? This is somewhat of a moral dilemma and I am looking for some brutal, yet honest answers on what I can tell this person. Thank you!

I'm not really a slow driver but I don't get extremely fast either.BUt if you ride my bumper I will hit my brakes in a heartbeat. So i hope the one behind me brakes work. is anyone else like that? or are you the bumper rider??

I'm concerned mainly w/ traction in the rain, snow, and ice. I would also like the tires to last. I'm not too concerned w/ noise and perfromance handling. I drive to get from point A to B and not to cruise. I'm concerned mainly w/ safety. Price is not a big factor; I'm willing to spend a little more for a good set of tires. Thanks.

Why do people feel that they don't have to stop when there is a car, truck or any other obstruction in there driving lane when oncoming traffic is near ? Don't they realize this is not safe. Maybe there in a rush and can't be bothered with letting the oncoming traffic without anyone in front of them to clear the way.

Which lane do you get in to go straight ahead when the straight ahead turn off is past "12 0'clock" I have tried both left and right lane and get beeped at and have rude gestures made to me which ever way I do it! If an accident happened who would be right and who would be wrong?

When I learnt to drive I was taught that you get in the right hand lane if the junction is past "12 o'clock" is this correct?
