Some people get on my damn nerves. At the risk of death or serious injury to others and themselves, people think nothing of being distracted visually, acoustically, and mentally because of cell phone conversations while driving.

You think I'm alone on this one? Think again, next a statewide ban (California) goes into effect for people that talk on cell phones while driving. Violators will be fined heavily if caught by highway patrol. I hope it's a lucrative implement of prosecution for them.

I know it is ok to turn right in red light at intersections unless there is a sign called "No Turn on Red". However, I try to wait until it turns green because I never feel safe turning right in red. However, I was honked few times beause of that.
1. Do you guys always make right turn in red if no sign is there?
2. Do you resent drivers who wait till green light to make right turns when there is no sign?

I have 2 cars, a plain 7 year old vauxhall and a 2 year old beemer, I don't seem to get noticed in my Vauxhall but I seem to attract all sorts of unwanted attention when driving my Beemer, I guess this is because people are jealous ? In my Beemer I'm always getting cut up and people never seem to let me out of junctions, it doesn't really bother me because I just sit back with a smug look on my face knowing that others wish they too could have a lovely car like mine

I'm getting my family and their friends involved in this and the more that compalin, well maybe we can make a difference. thanks again

I tried to keep up this morning with two police officers on motor bikes on the M25 they didn't have their blue lights or sirens on, but lets just say they were doing near enough 100mph.

Anybody else seen the police needing policing in this respect?

I passed my test just over a year ago in a manual which I drove for about 4 months after, I then switched to auto and have been driving auto ever since. Next week I am having a tdi beetle manual (the same as the manual I previously drove) but I am very nervous about the change. I could do with any advice on getting used to a manual again.
