stupid I know but the "logic" behind it is if in the unlikely event of a fire the bus driver would have to unbuckle everyone and no one would be saved. That is the argument I have been told. I dont know, I always think of that. The bus driver has a seat belt though. I think all the seats should have some seat belts. There should be 2 seat belts in every single seat.

I always think abou that...SO damn stupid. I hate being in a car w/ no seat belts...Its the same as being in a taxi, those guys drive like lunitics and still you sit back and just watch him swerve in and out and speed

A lot of government agency's are asking the same question. They say it's the expense right now. But I agree with you they should be wearing seat belts. Although with kids, it would be hard to enforce.
