I have a 2003 Ford van.
All of my seatbelts have frayed (as in shreaded)
Then snapped in half I had to replace them all but one. Ford refused to replace them. They told me I abused my seatbealts.

I had all of the belts replaced, very costly.
No large dogs chewing on them.
I have children. (no cutters in the bunch.
They didn't just break over night.
The outer side of the belt started to unravel. Ou could see little strings come off of the belt then after a while they would start to rip.

Stop using your van for S&M orgies.

All of them?? Something is destroying them... an animal maybe?

If it was the driver's belt only, then maybe it's a way you're handling the belt, or something it's dragging across (metal parts you're hauling?) or maybe part of the belt or mechanism is damaged.

Other than that, I can only suggest listening to the dealer even if it offends you. They've seen about 1000 more Ford seatbelts than you have.

Seatbelt mesh is pretty much all the same stuff, brand by brand, I don't know of anything special about Ford belts.

You must of done something....have a dog.....live in like desert and have extreme heat.....something.

Cause in my 15+ yrs of being around used cars, clean up, painting, etc......rare I see seat belts worn...if they are, 99% of the time they owned a bid dog.

Seat belts are designed to handle so much it would make your mind boggle....so for it to just wear through....is about impossible.

Now the mechanics, the ratchet system of return, etc now all that can fail cause its mechanical. But the actual belt can literally lift like 2 cars before breaking.

...in the meantime, get those seatbelts replaced...it's a shame they don't make quality products anymore...
