A heard that there is a small car with a speed limit that can be driven without driving licence..Is that true?For what age can you drive it?How many places does the car has , and which is the speed limit?
And how much does it cost..Are there also cars like this having a ''ceiling''that can be ''removed''?I mean ..withdrawn...you know..to feel the air..
I always wanted a car that can be driven with a low speed..like old cars..
Now I heard that they still exist..in modern form...

Any vehicle on private land.
Tractor (you may want to check this one, as I think they've changed the laws since I gained my licence).
Mobility scooter.
Kiddies electric toy car things.
Anything without an engine (eg. pedal cars, horse drawn vehicles).

You can look at any of those (ATV's) all terrain vehicle and come here in Kuwait. You can drive till you drop without a driver's licence.

in Cali I think you can drive a dune buggy on the beach without a license but that's as far as i know

If you have a licence - look on the back of it, it tells you the categories.......if not then I think your only option is a tractor!!

A TOYS' us play jeep, children can drive it, and its open top. Usually a hummer or a jeep. PPLZ BEST ME!!
