Good point.
Driving a 2500 pound vehicle becomes a weapon when anger enters into the equation.
I suspect part of the problem is that many drivers are NOT paying attention to what they are doing or their surrounding area.
The honking dude may well have been correct for calling attention to the other driver, who might have been ignorant to some traffic infraction.
Still, people should show a bit of courtesy and allow for benefit of the doubt as we don't know what was going on with the guy who was parking his car.

This example is not justified, but other times road rage can build from more than just being in a hurry. I come in contact with people on a daily basis who do not follow road signs or road laws which only irritates me more. If you cannot follow the laws you should not be granted a license. And if you are having issues of some kind you should not be on the road in the way of others.
I do tend to get upset too easily though.

Normal, mild mannered persons too often get this CONTROL FREAK attitude when they get behind the wheel. They either hold up traffic by causing accidents, even if they are not involved in the accident, they caused it by their irresponsible actions, or they think they can run at full throttle, or that they deserve for no one to impede their forward/backward procedure.
My son would be a good example of that. He does not think brake lights mean you need to slow down before you actually reach the vehicle in front of you. LOL, not really.

People nowadays are rude, selfish, and impatient--and it really shows.
I hate it when I'm driving on a snow-covered road, going only 20 because if I go any faster I could lose control, and there'll be someone tailgating.

The world is FULL of these kinds of jerks. Recently some young kids screamed and yelled at me for the SERIOUS crime of reducing my speed in a school zone.
I stopped and got out of my car, in effect, challenging them to come and try to kick my ***. (sure am glad they didn't. I'm gettin' too old for that crap)
