I’ve had crotch rockets for years, but Harley is starting to creep into my mind.
Maybe I’m tired of keeping the weight off, or because I never really had a pony tail, even when I was a head banger.
I’m thinking of a Dyna Wide Glide or a Softtail custom, and your idea is???? Huh?

All of the other plug wires have wire cores that bend over and touch the fittings.

This one has white hair like stuff in the core. and it is also coated in plastic. Should I treat these hairs like wire or is there something else that needs to be done. Any tips would be great thanks.

Why do Motorcycle drivers need to "REV" their engines for thirty minutes in their driveway at 7 am in the moring and not go anywhere? Are you people trying to be jerks or is it something mechanically neccesarry to do with the bike?

Why don't Hells Angels use those helmets with the microphones attached to them? My riding club uses them all the time to help communicate how we "raise hell" on the highway. Plus it increases safety on long HD rides. Why don't the Angels use them?

Im 24 years old and I have been thinking about purchasing a motorcycle (sportbike). I have little experience with motorcycles and I do not plan on stunting at all, I just want to ride. I can afford the bike, gear, and insurance without a problem and I want to start off with 600cc version. I understand the danger factor but I still want to ride. Please help if you can.

i have a gas scooter that was given to me ( disassembled )
got it all together and (ruining for a min ) pretty sure that the carb is screwed cause it will start and run for about a minute iif i play with the throttle but eventually dies it doesn't have a needle valve on the side just one that is part of the throttle & and the factory settings don't help but anyways my main question is that i think its a 49 cc but not sure will it hurt it if i bought a 49 cc carb even though it may be smaller any suggestions on fixing my current carb would also be greatly appreciated thanx

Hello i recently purchased an 1998 honda cr 125r used from a friend, he said it runs but the carb needed cleaning upon cleaning the carb I found it still bogs down in the low end and wont rev out in the top end. Could the problem be in the reeds or could it just be a bad carb, and what is the exact function of the idle/choke switch does it meter fuel or just change the position of the throttle. What is an easy way to tune a carb when you did not count the turns while disassembling. What is the gap supposed to be gapped to.

I just got a brand new 07' yamaha r6 and I've had a few times on it around my apartment lot and out on a few small streets. My trouble is off the line I am stalling it a few times and I can't seem to get the clutch release and throttle down so I don't sputter or stall it pulling out of a stop sign. Is there any advice to conquering this quicker? I do know that I need practice, that is my first piece of advice to myself.

Compared to my Harley it has nowhere near the coolness, but what a machine. I have a relative that has 4 bmw bikes, this one being his latest purchase. 1200cc and dual purpose - it rides so much better than my Harley that I might need to get one. I don't know if I'd want to be seen on one though - you can't really wear the excellent Harley leather when riding a BMW and I think I'd look goofy on one. Its going to be hard going back to riding my HOG after riding the BMW. Anyone have a similar problem?
