Handling is an issue. It won't turn the same.
How about clearance? Will it even fit?

Pro: cool looking
Con: needs new/modified rear wheel, neg effect on handling

pro: it looks cool and gives nice traction on a straight road

con: lousy handling in curves in critical situations (like when suddenly braking in a corner)
