WHO KNOWS how to tune a dirt bikes suspension.?

I have a 07 WR-450F. I am 6'1" and weigh 235Lbs. This is a new bike and I haven't ajusted any bikes in a few years has anything realy changed.Used to ride a 1990 CR-250.
