Hi,
I have a 2006 250x. Just recently, the electric starter stopped working. If I hold the electric start, I can only hear a clicking noise coming from what I guess to be the starting motor. I figured that the battery could have died, so I let it run for a while. After that the starter worked, but the next day the problem returned. I have been reading about a solenoid online and was wondering if that could be the problem. If anyone has an idea of what this could be, I would appreciate your input. Thanks in advance!!!

I have taken the headlight out and looked at a schematic, but I can't find the relay. I have trouble shot it and it comes down to that relay.

I took off the cover on the starter motor and the teeth are all there on all the gears, and it spins when you try to start it. If I push it forward or backward a few feet in gear it tries to start sometimes.

I know the front blinkers need to be on the bike, but what about the rear blinkers? I want to take mine off and just leave the tail light.

Since apparently there is no effective way to wear a hat under a motorcycle helmet, what's the best way to carry a hat along for the ride? I've recently grown my hair out from years of having a shaved head, and I've got to look dapper when I get off my scoot

The starter spins but does not start the motor, but if you put it in gear and move it forward or backward and then back neutral, it sometimes tries to start.

I can increase speed on my Harley Sportster just right, then let off and shift gears without using the clutch. It shifts very easily. Is this harmful to the transmission? (my hand gets tired pulling on that clutch, you know!?!)
