Start with Kelley Blue Book at www.kbb.com
Keep in mind that motorcycles are not like cars, where all the same make/model of the same year are worth about the same.
Many bikers modify their bikes with aftermarket parts of varying quality/price. Some bikers spend more on aftermarket chrome and customized paint jobs than the original bike cost. Also, a bike kept in a garage is always in better shape than one kept outside. Bikes kept near the ocean usually have pitted chrome and paint from the salt in the air. Some bikers ride their bikes every day to/from work. Others just ride on the weekends. People in northern climates don't ride them for six or more months each year. (Bad for the battery, rubber parts, and liquids to sit around like that.)
So, start with kbb, but keep in mind that it really is just a ballpark figure and that many other factors must be considered.

kelley blue book or NADA will give you a reasonable starting point ... but local markets vary quite widely depending on the area you are located...
what I have found is that both kelley and NADA run around 20% higher than most true market values...
