I am a newbie looking to buy a HD. I love the look of the street bob but not sure about the unbalanced motor on a dyna. I love riding my brother's fat boy (looks great too) but feel the front end is a little heavy in turns. Just doen't feel as nimble as a bike should but maybe I just need to get used to it more. So...what do you prefer and why; Softail or Dyna?...and more specifically what model of softail or dyna. Looking for input to help me make my purchase!

I like a clean look and although I like my new motorcycle, I don't like the factory decals.

I have a KTM625 sxc (MX) and when I travel faster than about 120km/h I get a front wheel wobble/head shake. I run knobby tyres, but this has never been a issue before. I have checked the headstock bearings. Any other sugestions?

I purchased a minipocket bike, (the X-18) 5, (count them, 5) months ago, and was able to ride it one, (1) time. Since then it hasnt started. i contacted the tech support service immediately. i was sent an ignition coil which still didnt get it started. i returned it and was sent a starter relay, which didnt help either. Since then I haven't been able to reach them. i've called repeatedly to let them know it's still not working. i sent them emails and all they do is tell me to call their toll free hotline. They even have the nerve to tell me someone will be contacting me about my issue. When i do call, there's just a recording. i have tried leaving messages and still nothing. This purchase was $658 dollars and the outcome is that i road this thing one time!!! i'm pretty pissed w/ these people!! i tried kick starting, buying a new spark plug and charging the battery. i dont know what else to do! can someone please help w/ some suggestions?? Greatly appreciated!
Marcus

Today I noticed some oil residue around the cap, and a streak going down the clutch cover... is this normal? I haven't checked the oil level since I bought the bike 1000 miles ago, and it has been about 3k miles since the last change so I doubt it is overfilled.

I have a 1967 BSA A50 that needs transmission work. Unfortunately, I know nothing about unit twins transmissions and I need a mechanic. I live in Indianapolis, and would love to get a great mechanic that can do old school work on my 4 vintage bikes.

This drunk-*** Angel passed out in my front yard. He was so pissed that I pulled his patch off because he wrecked my lawn with his bike. I pushed his bike over to the next block and dragged his *** down the sidewalk, then pulled off his patch. Now I hear that you can get killed for taking a patch off. Can I get in touch with someone who can mediate a safe return? It was a stupid thing to do in retrospect, but I don't want to be looking over my shoulder all the time. If any of you knows a Hells Angel willing to help, let me know. (ps I live in Oakland)

I never forgot a ticket I received years ago called "unnecesary noise" in my low compression 70's v8 car with the convertor still intact (still a quiet engine). The irony of the sutuation was a Harley retard that went by with open pipes during me getting ticketed. Is legislation for true emissions scared of the big bad retard on a Harley (and "ricer"s)?

I am thinking of flying to Las Vegas, renting a tour bike and take my wife on a cross-country roadtrip through the southern Utah, northern Arizona and Nevada region. I don't want it to be too hot or cold for her comfort. What would be the best time of the year to consider taking such a road trip?

I recently bought two 1998 Honda CR125's that need a little work on them.
The first one needed clutch work. I replaced the plates and I was wondering what type of oil to put back in there. I am not worried about the brand just what type, weight etc.
On the other bike the kickstart is locked up, it doesnt go down. I tried push starting it but the wheel just locked up. I took the clutch cover off and and started taking the clutch out to see if I could see what was wrong inside there. After I got the plates out I noticed that the kickstart moved freely. I decided to put it back together see if it still turned freely and it did. What would be the problem to cause this? After I kick it a few times do you think the problem will comeback?
