i believe you have to be15 1/2 plus take a motorcycle course.go to your local DMV and get a Motorcycle Operator Manual it explains all you want to know,for your question the answer is in the back of the book

nice avitar ben yes I do believe so but best to check with local law dogs before taking a chance a ticket could mean another year of waiting for your licences
