what is a good idea for toy motorcycle party favors?

need to make favors for my father's 60th birthday and we are using toy motorcycles. so i need an idea on how to make it.

just get some Hotwheel Scooters

At Walmart they have these toy motorcycles. I bought a couple at Christmastime and they only cost $2. They have sets of them also.
