I have a bike weighing nearly 600 lbs. I am considering buying a car that can tow 1,500 lbs. The hitch for the car is a class 1 with a max tongue weight of 200 lbs. I only need a basic trailer (not covered) like a simple open mesh with ramp gate. My question is: How can I tell if the weigth of the trailer plus the weight of the bike will not exceed the 200 lb tongue weight limit? I have called several trailer places and the bike dealer and haven't gotten too far other than it seems most of the trailers that could handle my bike have an empty tongue weight of about 50 lbs and advice not to put the bike too far forward on the trailer (e.g. try to center the weight over the trailer axle. Makes sense. Any advise on how to figure total tongue weight?

I have a 1995 Honda CBR600F3. It rides pretty good still but i have trouble starting it often. Usually i have to really crank the choke up to get it to start and then let it run for a while before i can turn off the choke. if i turn off the choke too soon the bike will stall. i changed the air filter and that didnt seem to help much. Any advice??? Thanks.

I have a honda unicorn. And i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make the tail light blink like the indicator when the brakes are on. Could you tell me what parts do i have to use and probably how i could do it?

I had purchased a TVS Star City (Alloy) in July 2006. Recently It developed problems like no horn, no turn-light, no neutral indicator and no fuel indication. When I went to the service center, they told me that its regulator needs to be replaced. They are charging Rs. 403/- for the material even though the motorcycle is still under warranty. I want to know whether this is ok to replace the regulator on charge basis.

Earlier today i tried starting my bike which is a 2006 sv650s, and the lights wont even go on nothin.At first i thought it was the
battery but had it checked out and its fully charged.I did try to put a new license plate light so did i possibly short something out i dont htink so because its a small light or did i knock a wire loose.Can some one help me with this one.

I removed the engine and heads from my bike, how can I tell if I have the timing 360 out of time. I am getting sparc fuel and it has compression in both cylinders. It is a v-twin DOHC engine. there are no bent valves and it will not start. My only anwser is that is 360 out of time (plugs fireing when not on compression stroke)

I ride a black Kawasaki Ninja and there are some scratches along the gas tank/seat area (most likely from my pants rubbing against it). Don't seem very deep. What is the best application to rid the scratches and make it nice and shiny! Will wax prevent the scratches from occuring again? Stupid pants!
