Mine is my sportbike hitting the rev limiter @ 16,500RPM, and then shifting up so I can here it again.
I know it's not for everyone, but thats mine.
In retrospect it's my youngest son yelling daddy vrrooom vroooom, when i pull into the garage after another day of riding.
