I have read about these new motorcycles from the Korean maker Hyosung. If you own one or have information other than that easily sourced from a google search, then I would appreciate it. Has anyone experienced huge depreciation? Is the price difference (£600) offsetting the depreciation? Have you experienced problems with servicing or sourcing parts? I do know that the dealer network is a bit thin on the ground, so has anyone thought of opening a dealership? Is there much of a profit in selling new ones? The list of questions goes on LOL.

I've ordered a jet kit to go with an aftermarket pipe and K&N clamp-ons, but how do I know if the jets are the best size to maximize performance? How do you know how big a jet size you can use before you're running too rich, other than trial and error? I'm told altitude and ambient temp has something to do with it. I'm essentially near sea level in southern FL. Thanks.

Tough question, but I could use some input. I just bought it and they said it has around 6k miles on it (odometer broken at 4k). I can't seem to find any listed on online and want to know the value in case I need to sell. It is in decent shape, runs perfectly, all lights work (cracked tail light), and all fenders are there.

If you have sold one or are a collector, I would like to hear from you.

Thanks!

right at you. You know the cops got you clocked at at least 120 or better...or enough to lose your licence and go to jail...but its a back road, and you know it like the back of your hand. Do you downshift, crack the throttle and try to put some distance between you and the cop and find a little place to hide? or do you just pull over and take the ticket. I always just pull over and take the ticket, but i always think.."i could be gone so fast..." Whats your experience? Any success stories? Anybody out there wreck tryin to run? And to everyone thats going to say "its dangerous and illegal and stupid to run from the cops..." I know. I just want to hear some good stories.

The bikes I have been looking at are (listed in the order im leaning right now) Ducati GT1000 or Triumph America. While not so retro looking I am also considering the Victory Hammer, Triumph Rocket 3 and the Harley Davidson V-Rod.

I have extensive experience on dirt bikes having had my first one at the age of 6. I also have about 10 years of experience on the roads but riding nothing bigger then a 600 cruiser there. I havent ridden anything in 5 years and I'm nervous about some of the larger engines later on my list.

I will use the bike mostly around town but once every couple of weeks I will be hitting the highway for a couple of hours.

I would like some experienced riders comments on what they think would be best for my needs. I'm open to new suggestions but I have no interest in the Japenese bikes at all.

Thanks for the info and ride safe.

Im thinking of building one to pull behind a 150cc scooter to carry camping gear. I think it would track better as a one wheel design, similar to the old vespa and cushman designs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The bike has 12,000 mile on it, Saddle seat, sissy bar and luggage rack. tax, title out the door $8,350. Is this a good price? The bike looks to be in excellant shape, buying from Harely shop. This is actually my first bike, though I have ridden a lot back when I was a kid ( in my 20's)... Just never owned one. Oh yea, it has "Screamin Eagle" pipes on it? Is that the loud pipes?

I have a 2004 suzuki gsxr 1000 motorcycle and it has this knocking noise that happens when accelerating. Happens a little when not moving and revving up, but noticable when under load. What could it be?

If I have a small hole in the muffler on my truck, I'm likely to get pulled over for excessive noise. While the officer is writing me a ticket, a Harley will go by making enough noise to shake my fillings loose. How is he legal while my far quieter truck is not?

my 1995 honda xr80r dirtbike is not running crappy because i try to get it to start but it won't i had the problem before i put new parts like: a top end gasket kit, piston and rings, clutch gasket, piston pin, and new circlips. It starts once in about 100 kicks and then dies 3 seconds later. It has a good spark and the filter is clean and and i uncloged the jets but i don't know if i streched the jets. I also don't know if its the right carb settings either so if anyone can tell me what is wrong with my bike, i would be so gratefull. thank you.
