I asked this question a few weeks ago...I got some pretty good answers about some conductive paint.
However, no one knew where or what the paint was called.
Best answer to the one who can come up with a store or the name of the repair kit.
I've only seen the mini repair kits. Im not looking for those.

1993 Mazda MX-3
I took a test light and found the dead zones.
They are rather large..somewhere in areas of 3in-6in.

I know there are small repair kits that fix 1in parts...but its not economical to buy 15 of those kits to fix my hatch...additionally, its not economical to replace the whole hatch/glass either.

Is there a repair kit that can take on a large repair as this?
I have half of a functioning hatch rear defrost.

I have cleaned the nozzle but it is not a nozzle blockage. It seems the can has run out of gas. This is the third can of WD 40 in a row that this has happened to. Is there a use by date on the gas?

My designated driver crashed my car the other day. it's not horrible - i've got some minor body damage and i need a new door.

BUT when he ran over the curb, the rim got bent backwards an inch and a half and all of the air escaped. the tire's still good and if at all possible i'd much rather bend the rim back to round (think 2 lb sledge and a set of vice grips) and let the tire reseal itself than buy a new rim and have it not match the wear on the other 3.

i need to know if it's safe to bend a rim back or if it will cause a blowout or a slow leak if it's not completely round. i'd much rather look bad and drop like 200 on a new rim than have a blowout on a highway going 95 mph a week down the line..

is there a margin or error i can play with? will the soft, elastic rubber of the tire help seal any imperfections in the roundness of the rim? is this safe, or even common practice? experience is definitely welcome here.. thanks in advance

I was told that the pressure indicated on the tire itself is a MAXimun pressure never to inflate the tire to that pressure. Although I experienced myself some companies that do just lube, oilchange, and small services do inflate the tires to that max pressure. Yesterday, I helped a laddy to check pressure on her care tires and to my surprise it was at 40 psi which seems to be high. I asked why and she answered that she always inflate the tires to the max pressure indicated on the tire itself.

Trying to determine why my new tires are making a very loud rattling /scraping noise like something is inside the hubcap or rims. The tire dealership states its the type of tire I selected and its expanding pushing the rim out making the hubcabs rattle. I'm trying to exhause all possibilities since there was no noise prior to the new tire installation. They are wanting to put the same brand tire that came with the vehicle back on to see if it still makes noise but this will cost another $100 since the tires are a little more expensive. Could they have damaged something like the rotors during installation or could something else have been damaged?

Lately my power steering has been acting up. Early in the morning when it is cold or even during the day after it has been sitting for 7-8 hours, I really have to crank on the wheel to get it to turn. Once I'm on the road, it seems to loosen up a bit but then it tightens itself up intermittently. Going around a cloverleaf I have to turn really hard to go around but then sometimes it will lossen up and I swirve a bit.

Should I just add a bit of power steering fluid? Or is there a more serious issue?

My car has also been overheating a lot lately if the two problems are related.

Lately my car has been overheating really bad. I refilled the coolant reservoir about 3 weeks ago, but yesterday I had to buy another jug because it was almost empty again. I don't know if it keeps boiling over/evaporating or if I have a coolant leak somewhere. I checked to make sure my serpentine belt is running too because the last time the car was heating up, the belt broke and fell completely off.

Should I take it somewhere to have a coolant flush/fill done? Maybe the radiator is bad and needs to be unclogged/repaired or replaced? Or maybe a bad water pump? How much does it cost to get these services done roughly if that's the case?

I have a 1993 Mercury Sable.

MY 2000 es300 has only around 30k miles and I've always used regular gas in it but yesterday when driving back from a long trip I just decided to use Super gas. And since then the car in running at very high rpm. the rpm needle goes up just as much as speed indicator. i had to drive for about 4 hours at 65 miles an hour at 3700rpm. What could be the problem? Could it be the super gas or some other problem? and also the engine light sign was on forcouple of days ago and i didn't have to get it checked until i came back.

ok...I need expert advice from people who knows cars because I'm not paying a high fee for a mechanic to tell me everything is fine. My car worked fine last night when I drove in a blizzard....leave it over night and the next morning the steering wheel doesn't work and my car is smoking. I have a '95 cutlass supreme and on the panel it has a circle that says ABS...what the heck does that mean and whats going on?!

My 1992 stanza keeps blowing fuses for the fuel pump. It had a 10A fuse in there and if blew 3 of them within 30 seconds. Then, i tried to put a 15A in there and the same thing happened. Is the fuel pump bad, or is it an electrical short, or what is it! I've heard a few different things. What's your opinion? HELP ME!!! =)

When I was coming home the other night w/ my wife, about 2 miles from home, our tire sounded odd, like a rock was inside of it. The roads were bad and rough, due to snow and ice. Now, when you push on the car or get inside of it or out, it makes a noise, like metal rubbing. Does anyone know what this may be?

I just had 1200$ of work done on my vehicle, including a tuneup. Now it is hesitating when accelerating, and slowing down. Otherwise its running beautifully now! Doesn't a tuneup include changing transmission fluid, and how do I check it myself? [car running or off, cold or warm, etc]. The weather has turned very cold, and the Blazer seemed ok on the highway - possibly just cold, and is there transmission antifreeze I could add in to help?

Thanks for the tips and suggestions

I've heard that when it is very cold your car will operate better if you add some antifreeze when you fill up your tank. Is that true and how much do you add?

How would I know that an ignitor module is not working properly? Is there a way to test it and is it likely to stop functioning if a car sat outside for 10 months?

Thanks.

There's a chip in the key that apparently has to synch with a computer elsewhere in the vehicle, and if it doesn't, I'm supposed to wait three minutes for it to start. It doesn't always start after those three minutes, and on two separate occasions, I was stuck in my car for an hour each time, and two nights ago, I was without the car because it wouldn't start for at least seven hours before I gave up on it. What's wrong with it and how much will it cost for me to get it repaired? Thank you for any help.
