Its an 1985 ford ranger i've put a 3'' body lift on it and i put blocks and longer U bolts under the leafspring but how do i get the front end up higher?

Replace the springs, struts, and shocks with longer ones.

I don't know what kind of blocks you used in the rear, but I'm having trouble figuring out why you didn't just buy a complete lift kit for your truck. Blocks can be unsafe if they are something you whipped up in the garage as they can slip out if you hit a big bump, it'll cause them to shoot out and you could wreck pretty bad when that happens. Take it to your nearest off-road shop and spend the bucks for a proper lift and if they have a shop, have them install it. you'll be glad you did because everything should be done right and safely.

I hope you replaced the rear shocks too!!
