This car has a lot of power! Alot more than I really need for city driving but the deal was too good to turn down. The frame is in excellent shape and the engine still has a long way to go at only 111 000 km. Any tips for city driving with a power car like this?

I"ve never heard of a Pontiac Grand Sport. Is it a version of a Grand Am or a Grand Prix? i can't find any info regarding what they are worth, and I'm looking into buying one.

I have a sunfire 2000 2.2 lit motor automatic. The rear wheel thumps as i apply the brakes or even when I slow down. Its not the rims. This has been a problem on countless sunfires and Caveliers. I beleive the wheel is not round. Has another actually seen GM do anything about this problem. Like a recall. Any comments?

I have a 81 transam I always said when I have a child he/she will get the car. I have a son now he is only a baby. I want him to grow up knowing how to work and rebuild vehicles. I want to fix it up so it can be put in car shows Should I do that or wait till he is older so he can help?

I have a confession: I've loved Trans Ams since I was a kid. Smokey and the Bandit was great and I saw every episode of Knight Rider right on up until I was old enough to get a driver's license.

Naturally, my first car was a '78 Firebird, followed by a '79 Trans Am (the car I wanted to begin with). I bought a 2000 Trans Am WS6 as soon as I paid off my student loans from college, and it's the best car I've ever driven. My face hurt when I bought it from grinning so much.

Now it's got 100k miles, and I'm faced with a painful reality. It won't last forever.

I can't bring myself to buy a Ford. And the Dodge Charger is just too heavy. The GTO is out, not that it mattered. It looked too much like a Grand Prix and had poor handling. I might be able to settle for a Camaro in 2009, but why should I have to settle?

Am I going to have to look at a Subaru WRX STi or Mitsubishi Evo? Have things gotten this bad? Pontiac, tell me you're listening.

The first one is standard and has a v6/multiport fuel injection engine with a perfomance exhaust and muffler and a sunroof. The body is solid and it has 196km on it. No a/c and no pw and the seats could be replaced. Blue.

The Transmission in the second one is the TH-700 4-speed plus lock up [5-spd really](service at 67,000 kms). These trans are same as 'vette. Bulletproof. 5.0 L HO, I believe it is a V8, No body work, original paint and the interrior is supposedly in good shape (I will check it out today). PS,PB,PW,PL,PA,PT, AC auto orig. paint Red. It has 111km on it. Only thing I'm worried about here is the 5L V8 may be more than what I need. How much would it differ than the 2.8 V6 in terms of fuel consumption?

Which car would you go with? I'm doing mostly city driving, a lot of stop and go, not much highway.
