I"ve never heard of a Pontiac Grand Sport. Is it a version of a Grand Am or a Grand Prix? i can't find any info regarding what they are worth, and I'm looking into buying one.

The only information that I have regarding this car is that I went and looked at it on a lot today, and the car says "Grand Sport" on the back instead of "Grand Prix" or "Grand Am". It looks just like a Grand Am. I am curious, since I received an answer that brought up the possibility of this car being foreign, whether it will be horrible to try to repair in this country.

AFAIK, Pontiac never exported the Grand Am (or Grand Prix). And the Grand Sport name is used by Buick, therefore it would not appear on a Pontiac in any country. My guess is someone put a Grand Sport nameplate on a Grand Am.

If you want to, you can post at least the first 10 letters of the VIN, and I'll tell you what you have.

I,ve never heard of a Grand Sport it,s probably a version of a Grand Am I,m guessing and as far as the value kellybluebook.com is one pricing guide but I,m sure there are many of then on the web. I just did a search for 'used car price guides' and got over 15,400,000 hits so I,m sure you should have no trouble finding some kind of numbers.

Hm...could you be talking about a Buick Grand Sport?
If you are looking for maintenance and upkeep and tuning and such info,I would suggest joining a car forum that discusses that car.Yahoo groups probably has one,and I'm sure if you do a web search for 'car forums' or something like that and wade through all the knee-deep crap you will find one

It may be a version they sell in Europe. Try a 1993 Grand Prix GTP.
