I HAVE 20" RIMS ON MY 1992 FIREBIRD, RWD, WITH 255-35-20 TIRES, AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH TURNING OR RUBBING. BUT I AM THINKING ABOUT PUTTING 22'S ON IT, BUT NOT SURE IF THEY WILL FIT. I BELIEVE PUTTING A UNIVERSAL LIFT KIT WOULD HELP ME, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA. PLEASE HELP ME PEEPS.

leave it alone I work In a alignment shop and we see people come in all the time with that **** and either its too big and rubs or the rims they spent 500+ dollars on are bent because they REFUSE to keep the correct air pressure in the tires because it rides like a tank... its going to .because there's no side wall on the tire and it wont flex....anyway leave the 20's on it and just drive the car trust me its a waste of money and time plus its a headache

I'd rather see that car shredded and scapped rather than see it with a lift kit and "22"s on it. JEEZ whats wrong with the "16"s on it and low profile "gatorbacks as these were great in rain, didn't hydroplane and the car cornered GREAT!!!! If you do this to that car you will be the laughing stock of the neighborhood by folks who know cars
