$2,500 - 3,500? No way! They'll never be collectible, they weren't good cars. They were very prone to rust, and had almost no power. I'm thinking more like $1,500 - 2,000 tops. If it was a '77 Can Am, you might have something.

OTOH, it is basically the same car as the GTO was, so with improvements you might be able to build a good car out of it. The 400 - 455 engine is a bolt in, and performance parts abound for the suspension.

Since it's starting to be a collector's item I would sell it for around $2500-3500 depending on the engine and the options, I would add about 15% if it's a 350 V8 and if it has air conditioning.
