You won't! Becuase Pontiac never made a Javelin. The Javelin was made by AMC.

I even have watched muscle automobile expenses for years, I even have considered them height and fall, until this might nicely be a unmolesed 40k automobile, I mean, no paint, no injuries, ect. Its not gonna fetch 20g. i'm sorry yet its unrealistic. the rationalization you notice them fall off is the 70's autos are undesireable, as quickly as smog reg's and massive bumpers got here into play, money falls way off. they are in simple terms not any exciting, think of of it this form, individuals that are paying money for those autos are finding for what became speedy whilst they the place teenagers, and what they needed whilst they the place teenagers and can now discover the money for. try getting a close-by muscle automobile guru to verify it out and tell him what its accually rather worth. Its not a unmolested 1970 Mustang Boss 302 with 28k thats been sitting in an oldmans storage. SO, i could say in case you recover from 10k evaluate your self fortunate, I remember aguy 3 years in the past begging me for 4 grand for his "mint" 1973 gto, i did not see the money in it.

Javelin was made by AMC, not Pontiac, a good Javelin would cost around $5,000-$7,000.

Regular 'blue books' only go back a few years. If you go to your local library, you'll find a Kelly type book for older vehicles. It should be in there.

Aaaaaaaaaaa, well maybe you could not find it because unless I am mistaken............... a Javelin is an American Motors Corp. automobile. Pretty rare car actually.
You should look on line for an American Motors enthusiast web site.

Have it appraised, like we did for our hot rods.If you can't find out anywhere, ask your insurance agent, and they can refer you to an appraiser. Hope that this helps. I got that from experience in life.
