I think i'm definitely going to get one! I've always had Jeeps and this new Wrangler Unlimited seems like a good car. I'm looking into a 2007 Wrangler Unlimited 4 door 4x4 with soft top. what are the advantages and disadvantages of the soft top? ive had a cherokee, a liberty, and a grand cherokee, but never a wrangler, and obviously never a soft top. is it possible to put a hard top on it also, if you buy a soft top and want a hard top during winter months? how much is a hard top if you buy it seperately? any information regarding the soft tops, hard tops, or Wranglers in general is greatly appreciated!!

Did air bags come standard at that time? I'm looking into buying this jeep off auto-trader and I have no idea if it has air-bags. It doesn't list them in the buyer description (which just says that it has low miles, clean, good condition with power steering and power brakes.)

I think its very ga y that Jeep is making all of there veichles from rugged to piece of crap.

Lets take the Jeep Wrangler, now its fenders are plastic, not metal, it has electric windows, not crank ones, they all are starting to have 4 doors, not 2 doors. Also the Jeep Compass looks really ga y too I think.

The only new Jeeps that I like was the 2002-2003 Liberty, 2003 and below Cherokees, and Commander. They should've stayed with the Jeep Rubicon they had in 2005 with the factory lockers and etc. Well do you think like me? Or are you like not a die-hard Jeep fan?

I have 3 Jeeps. A 93 cherokee that is already being sold. I also have a 72 cj5 and an 84 cj7. I like the older one better but the 84 is built up a little and well we have some great memories in it. I can get more money for the 84 and build the 72 the way I want it or I can sell the 72 and keep working on the cj7. Or do I sell them both and get something newer? My other option is to keep them both and take longer to fix up the 72 while still maintaning the 84 (that gets expensive). I know it sounds silly but as with any hobby I have a lot of time and money in all 3. I have only now come to grips with letting the xj go only after about a year of the wifes hints.

I am going to buy an exhaust system from Rusty's Offroad. With the system I have the option of the Flowmaster 40 or 50 series or a Cherry Bomb pro muffler. I was originally going to go with the 40 because I want something loud and really aggressive but I dont know anything about the cherry bomb pro muffler....If I want the loudest which one should I go with. Does anybody know where I can listen to a sound clip.

I kayak, and my kayaks are not that heavy. I was wondering if there was a known way to attach a Yakima or Thule rack to a hardtop. The only racks I have seen for Wranglers are the ones suspended off the top by a frame. This may not be possible, but I thought I would ask and see.

Does anyone else have this problem with their jeep? I have taken it to the dealhership once a week for the past 3 weeks and they said it was nothing at first than they changed the O2 sensor and as soon as I got the Jeep back to my work the check engine light came on again. Does anyone else have this problem, with the check engine light?

I can still turn the car on, but the the metal ring fell off. The previous owner must have been broken into or something and had simply glued it back on. Can I just re-glue and use as is? Will it pass inspection?

I'm not a mechanic of any sort, so whatever work it requires would have to be done by a qualified individual, of course. I guess I'm interested to known what sort(s) of engines would fit in the existing vehicle - if indeed there are ANY suitable engines in existence - and what kind of money I'm looking at to do this. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
