Does anyone else have this problem with their jeep? I have taken it to the dealhership once a week for the past 3 weeks and they said it was nothing at first than they changed the O2 sensor and as soon as I got the Jeep back to my work the check engine light came on again. Does anyone else have this problem, with the check engine light?

you should keep havin the dealer check it out if it is under warranty. They pull a code and will figure it out. Stay on them until they fix it.

I have the same damn problem! I've spent over $2000 a few months ago to TRY and find a fix to this check engine light problem and it still came on a few days after I got my car back. There must be some malfunction with this light. I think we need to escalate this to Jeep somehow.

The Jeep, along with many new cars has a check engine light that comes on at certain mileage. They want to to take it to the dealership so they can charge you $100 to turn off the light. If the car does not need services, i.e. oil, filters, etc. then don't worry about the check engine light. After the first visit I drove ny Jeep for almost 200,000 miles without turning off the light again.

Not to worry, the next time that you fill up with gas turn off the engine prior to fill-up. The check engine light iluminates after fueling if you fill-up while the engine is running.
