Probably your best bet would be the local junkyard or Pick-A-Part. Look for a Jeep of similar year (1986-1995 was the YJ model years) that hasn't had the rear end destroyed and get the bolts you need. It's the cheapest way.
Another place would be a local car parts store such as Fochtman's Carquest, Auto Value, or NAPA. It'll be slightly more expensive, but you'll get bolts without any wear and or rust on them.
If all else fails, try the nearest Chrysler dealership that has a repair shop, or another dealership that sells new Jeep models. They should be able to order the bolts you need.
If it's a common bolt size, you may also be able to find them at a hardware store such as Home Depot, Lowe's, or True Value Hardware.
If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.

excellent advice above, until the grade 5 hardware bit , these bolts use better alloys etc. , in the U.S. with the "sue you" attitude someone would be liable. when pulling bolts , look for a rust free unit that has not been hit too hard , take the undercoating off the threads, wire brush , solvent and or heat usually works for me..good luck , be safe
