Car Makes - February 2007

I'm planning to buy my first car... and someone is selling me his Mitsubishi Mirage year 2000, coupe, 78,700 Km, automatic... 5500 bucks... But I dont know if Mitsubishi is a good brand... Can somebody give me some advises about?.. Own experiences?... technical problems?... etc etc... Thnxs so much.

I have a 2003 Dodge Neon 5-speed and would like to convert it to an automatic transmission. What will the conversion cost approximately? Would it be more advantageous to simply trade-in the Neon for an automatic vehicle? Thanking you in advance for your assistance.

Last year I attended Rev it up Racing that was presented by Chevy.

I paid $50.00 to test drive all the new up coming 2007 Chevy cars (Cobalt, Monte Carlo, Impala, Corvette, Malibu, etc). You were actually able to really let loose on them (accelerating out of the block and braking hard). It was alot of fun.

I also got to attend some racing classes on improving our racing techniques for my 2 races. I then was able to race against other drivers with a supercharged Cobalt. It was a lot of fun.

Now my question is, Is there anything like that for any other car makes? Maybe like for Pontiac or Dodge?

I really enjoyed myself there and found it to be very interesting. If anyone has any information regarding anyother events like this please let me know.

Or if you want any information about this Rev it up Racing let me know also.

I have a 99 chrysler concorde and it overheated and shut off. Radiator had a leak. I changed the radiator everything was fine. Now there is this grinding noise in the engine. After a week. What is the problem. What part might be messed up in the engine. P.S its a 2.7 engine.

I bought my 99 Jeep Wrangler new off the show room floor.
Just last year the blower motor for the air and heat stopped working, Sometimes it turns on and some times it won't.
How can I fix it? I replaced fuses, switches.

i have a 92 model EG8 fuel injected automatic Civic & i wanted a faster engine to add Turbo ....i need to know if the SR20 DET would make a good swap..? is it possible..? i know that this engine(SR20) performs well... Can the SR20 engine fit up in a 92 model CIVIC..? i need to get details about this swap & how it affects the body of the car... if anyone can share this information with me i'll appreciate it alot ....

There's alot of coolant leaking out the muffler, the people i bought it from must have put some holes in the muffler to let it leak out,Did they trick me??? I don't know but I am very pissed off. I leaks pretty good and I'm not for sure If I should try to sue them....Obviously they should have known if it is leaking as much as it is...but they didn't tell me anything.should i sue them

When I go past 60 mph there is a popping noise coming from the bottom center (center-left) of the engine and I feel a loss of power from the engine. Only happens when I get over 60, 0-60 the truck is fine.

I have a 1989 Toyota Van Wagon and want to get a transmission flush, I have changed out about half the fluid in the transmission in the last 6,000 miles. It has 160,000 miles on it. If changing half the fluid on it hasn't hurt it, I don't see how changing all of it can.
