Our dashboard clock doesn't light up, and I don't know if it's broken or if Honda didn't bother to put a light in it. My much older Honda had a light-up clock.

Just wondering if they'll rub or anything like that. I read that the Rubicon's have wider wheel wells so I suspect it may rub a bit on heavy turns. If so, I may consider the 2" lift kit however I'm not sure what all that entails doing to my Jeep......I assume its a very modest upgrade.

I have a 1994 Ford Aerostar XLT fishtailing - which means the rear moves back and forth whenever I go over 40 MPH. I thought it might have been because my wheels were not balanced so I got them balanced and rotated but it did not rectify the problem. Does anyone know what is causing this wobble? Thanx - Mary

I WANT ONE.

I live in the mountains, where it is always snowing, October to April and some of the curves are treacherous. I commute to the world below where it doesn't necessarily snow. I also spend a lot of time on muddy construction sites. I have done some research on jeeps and I need to do more.

I would love to hear stories from guys and gals about their jeep pros and cons, and if you think one particular model or year is better then another. Ragtops vs. hardtops, 4 cyl vs 6 cyl. CD player vs. cassettes? Any mechanical problems? I will appreciate all of your comments. Thanks

The left front wheel is doing this weird popping and cracking sound when u hit bumps..the wheel is not pulling and the tie rods were just replaced about a month ago so its not them..I have no problems steering..sometimes it seems louder than others..if anyone has any suggestions on what it may possibly be I would greatly appreciate it cause the noise drives me nuts and I don't want the wheel to fall off..and on a side note the wheel is not loose in any way my friend put it on a lift and took a look and the wheel was on their tight

I have had the Mazda from new for 12 months and driven approx 25000 miles, as expected my front set of tyres has now started to wear close to the replacement marker. Surprisingly the outside edge of each rear tyre is at the same depth as my front tyres yet the inside edges have plenty of tred left. Is there a problem with the tracking on my rear wheels, if so should I be able to get some money towards new tyres from my dealer under the Mazda warranty.

I was replacing my car battery and I accidentally pulled the vent tube. It went somewhere from the battery to under plastic cover in the trunk but I couldn't find where. Does anybody know what and where it connects to?

Just wondering what years are best to buy, and what years and models to avoid? Are the convertible ones real expensive? Please recommend a good source for parts and repair information, a good website or club would be nice if I get one. Chevy made them for all of the 60's I think.

Thanks everyone!

...how about a R-8, LeCar, or Dauphine? My parents used to own a R-8 when I was a kid as well as a Caravelle convertible with a detachable hardtop as well as a soft top. I think that the R-8 was a 1962 and the Caravelle was a 1963 or 1964 year model. I remember both cars fondly, especially the Caravelle with the top down and evening drives in the Summer.
