I'm thinking it's time to buy a vette, but need some input. Yes, I am getting ready to enjoy a "second childhood" at the age of 42. I have been looking around and think a 77 to 82 model year is waht I am wanting. Like the look, still something I can work/wrench on, parts seem to be plentiful. If anyone has any pointers, I would appreciate it much. Thanks!

Not to offend miata owners and homosexuals everywhere, I mean, a miata is really a cool car, but some TV shows (especially shows shown in comedy central) show that gay men always rides a miata, so what gives? Why do they labeled a miata for being a gay car? Is it stereotyping? Hope someone shed light to this. Thanks!

i know dual exhaust would make it louder and a bit meatier, but it just wouldn't have that v8 rumble and roar. Is there any types of exhaust or things i could do to the engine to make it sound like a v8? links to websites and detailed answers would be great.

location of fuel line bleeder valve just replaced gas tank and it is bogging down and dieing from air in the fuel line. need to bleed off air out of the fuel lines

This pretty much applies to almost every American in the Middle class or higher.

My friend wanted to buy a car about 2 years ago, but when he saw the Prius, he said that it was the ugliests car ever made (and I agree). Now with gas prices being up, he says all this stupid s*it about he wants to save money on gas, so he buys a prius.
It's his money, and he can do what he wants with it, but it pissed me off that he was talking about how he would never buy an ugly car because he is too good for them. Now he is still driving that ugly a*s car. And I call him a dumba*s every time I see him in it.

I have a 01 cougar and i recently installed a new exhaust and reset the ecu, and now my trip/ clock buttons dont function. The display is there but i cant adjust it, and its not the buttons, could it be a fuse?? Which one??

Every time I venture out, I always get the racer in a VW wanting to overtake me or beat me to the next set of red lights. They aint goin nowhere, whats their problem. I think that they are envious of my shiny silver BMW, with alloys to die for, my purring engine, my rumbling exhaust when my pedal hits the metal..........
