location of fuel line bleeder valve just replaced gas tank and it is bogging down and dieing from air in the fuel line. need to bleed off air out of the fuel lines

lol oh my i have never heard of such thing because the fuel system in a fuel injected vehicle has a return line so it self bleeds. sounds like you made a mistake and either have a part installed incorrectly somewhere inside the tank or the fuel filter is plugged or installed backwards

try replacing the fuel filter and check all the fittings on the tank to make sure they are properly installed. i couldn't find anything on a fuel line bleeder valve. if everything's installed properly you may just need to force some fuel through the line. run the engine at idle for awhile. then bring the rpm up to the point just before it sputters and leave it there. slowly and incrementally bring up the rpm until you have a clean uninterrupted idle at different rpms.
