take it to an alignment place. they will disconnect the steering gear and center the wheel, if you try to do it yourself, you risk setting off ur airbag if you have one.

The correct answer is, you can't, at least not without specialized tools and the proper knowledge of what you are doing. My advice is to take it to a repair shop where you can have the entire front end inspected. At the very least, a full alignment is in order, and there may be other issues. Don't delay, as you can cause abnormal wear on your tires and other suspension parts.

Without an alignment rack, it would be difficult to get the toe set correctly. My concern would be why is it off so far. Something could be bent from tapping a curb or un-repaired collision damage.
I would take it in for a 4 wheel alignment, you will get better fuel mileage and the tires will last longer.

if your alliment is out that far, your tires will wearout, pull steringwheel and center it.
