I replaced the bulb on my truck, but can't figure out if these are working or they are just out. I've checked the fuse, but they still don't come on. I thought they came on when you back up but I may be mistaken, which is why I am asking.

My kepad will not work as well as the key to my doors, and When I finally got in through my trunk ( the only way my key will work) My car just would not start. I cannot find my manual. Anybody know what's up with that??
