Do you live near a Carmax? I bought my Accord at a Carmax, and had a good experience. Try www.carmax.com to find out about Hondas in stock and a Carmax lot near you.

i think craig's list is the absolute best - people are honest, the prices are great, and you will get a car in your local area (not very helpful to find a $5000 car that is 3000 miles away. check your local page.

try local news paper or cars.com and buy from private seller. If you know about the car and seller is decent, you will get fair deal with less problem.
I never waste my time with car dealer.
