I'm needing to buy a car in the nashville area and I saw this ad. $1,000 for this 1990 Saab 9000 CD, 4 door sedan with tan leather interior. Power everything, sun roof, AMFM with CD player, heated seats. One of the safest cars you can buy. Very good shape. Low miles--- 143,000. Kept good records. Sage Green. Driver's seat has wear. Runs fine but turbo feature doesn't function.
Does it matter if the turbo doesn't work or is that a sign of an underlying problem?

Ive test driven the Honda S2000 & am in love but the cheapest 2nd hand ones ive seen are around £8-9k which is well out of my price range unless i get out a loan. But then i'd be stuck with a huge loan for at least 5yrs.
I know what the sensible answer is but the car is truely amazing. Would any of you advise me to get the car?

The 2004 VW Passat- 43,000 miles, great condition, 4Motion $16,995 Me and my fiance both love the style and feel of the car

The 2003 Jeep Liberty- 20,000 miles, 4X4, Sport package
$14,995 We like the idea of an SUV

We are torn between these two, any input from actaul owners would be valued. I know these are two very different vehicles but I can logically find a use for either vehicle. I drive alot about 300 miles a day, for my sales job, so comfort and quality is important. If it breaks down I dont work!!!

I currently own a 1996 Honda Accord coupe, but I'm planning on having a vehicle that I can haul film gear in, in hopes that I can get equipment for my superiors on set. The concern I have is... well... I want a vehicle that will also allow me to get a date out in California... nobody want's to be taken to a nice restaurant in an old beat-up truck... unless it's something really old like one of those Land Rover Defenders from the late 1960s... the type you'd see on a safari...

Just curious, and want to see what others think.
