: I'm leaving for Hong Kong in two days, my wife will join me in about two weeks, I want to sell my Jeep a a really good price by buyer standards, but I won't be here. So.. I want my wife to sell it before she goes... The car is in my name so there is not enough time to switch that and sell it also... so "How do I give my wife the Power of Attorney to sell my Jeep?" by the way I live in San FrAncisco California...

Me and my husband bought a 1993 Buick LeSabre and since we have had it which has been not quite 2 weeks we have had to get a :
1. water pump
2. serpentine belt
3. a sensor
4. and a spring replaced

and the car still isn't running right, not to mention the 100.00 to have towed to a shop to have it fixed! So in all we have paid 500.00 down for this car plus a tow and we are out @ 600.00. Our first car payment is due this friday when I get paid. (we also have another car, that is running) Our question is should we make this payment or take the car back to the lot were we got it and eat the 600.00 and be done with it? What would you do and why?

The car was repoed from a person trying to buy but failed to make the payment to the orignal lein holder. I wanted the car and purchased from the lein holder his lein and now I am the lein holder. The man the car was repo from is now harrashing me saying I purchased "magic beans" or basically I am legally not going to ever own the car in question? If anyone has any info, passed experences, of advice please help me reslove this problem.

I have 3 tow trucks in great shape, due to slow business we had to shut down and now need to sell. I need a website I might be able to use to sell them for FREE or pay once they are sold. 1 is a Classic Ford Wrecker bright fire engine red, another red ford wrecker and a 2000 International Ramp Truck. The majority of cars that are for sale at dealerships end in 995, for example £4,995 and £9,995 WHY? why cant they round it up? ive never seen a vehicle that is a perfect round number.

Is it wrong for the car dealership to ask me to lie to the bank to complete the loan contract. if it is should I tell the bank and return the car and does that look bad on my behalf? I never gave any information that was untrue the salesman said he was going to use my baoyfriends salary but use my name for credit reasons.If the bank sends the contract back what can I expect from the dealer ?

I've just passed my test,
and i've found a lovely car,
I live in Essex and the car is in London,It's around 30 miles away,

Although I passed 1st time, i don't feel as though I could drive through London yet,

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can recover my wheels ???

Its completly roadworthy and taxed,
I don't know many people where I live as I haven't lived here long.
