Should be 48 to 72 hours for Real Dealers in Florida. Need to read the New Car Dealers ByLaws for the New Car Dealers Association. But doesn't cover used cars...
Read your Contract. If its not in your Contract there is not State Law set for a remorse period. If car Was marked As Is and you signed a Contract to that fact its yours.
"there is no three-day right of recision whether you buy or lease in the state of Florida" Quote from Lease Law
The only Help you might Have is if the Car was misrepersented to you and you can prove it. Like Car Fax ! ? Talk with a Lawyer then.
Or take car back a show them what you've found if they start back pedaling and state its yours they know they had you when you drove off... If they are a Old Company and have been in business a long time they might work with you. BUT don't have to.
In Texas you have 72 hours on a New Car and Contract time on New Dealers that sell used Cars most have 48 to 58 hours listed in the contract. Tote the Note lots are you sign, you own or have to make the payments per the contract you sign. Cash or Credit. And still comes Back to did they sell you a Car without telling you its history that might cause you harm? Then you have to call a lawyer...
Example: all these flood cars coming on the market. Start run and drive but fall a part quick... Insurance companys have been selling them by the 1000's to rebuilders. Some have been striped, dryed out and replace just the Fluids (oil and Gas etc..)and small parts like ECM or PCU or just an alternator.
Good Luck... Also check with the BBB near you and see if they have done this before to customers...

Im not certain about FL but most states have some sort of lemon law. Try the department of transportation, maybe they can tell you.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
You can never return a vehicle once you sign that contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This isn't like buying a television you can return within 30 days, ALL AUTOMOBILE SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!
The "3 day return" only applies to sales that happen inside your home, temporary locations or health club memberships. Never cars!!!!!!!!!!
The lemon law only applies to NEW cars!

I'm not sure, but I don't think so. You might be able to, have your car-buyers contract and your driver license and ID ready though.
