The car was repoed from a person trying to buy but failed to make the payment to the orignal lein holder. I wanted the car and purchased from the lein holder his lein and now I am the lein holder. The man the car was repo from is now harrashing me saying I purchased "magic beans" or basically I am legally not going to ever own the car in question? If anyone has any info, passed experences, of advice please help me reslove this problem.

If the car was repo'd and you bought it, it's yours now. Tell Mr. "Magic Beans" that he's a "Magic Bozo".

it's legally your car. If you have it in your possession, either ignore that 'magic bean person' or report them to the police.

The car is legally yours.
Threaten to call the police if he calls again.
