You can, it will just have to be a used one. I believe they were imported from 1993 - 1995 and in 1997.
New ones are no longer built to US specs, probably because sales were too low to make it worth while.

They stopped importing them here maybe 10+ yrs ago. Could not meet crash specs (air bags, side impact), and likely had a problem with emissions. There also was not a huge demand at the time for a vehicle that cost twice as much as a Jeep, and had legendary British reliability issues to boot. They sold maybe a 500-1000 a year here, and it would not have been profitable to update it to US specs.
