Please don't laugh, I am dead serious....
I sold a Ford Focus to a man who was 6'10"
He & his wife drove one in England & couldn't believe how well he fit.
The seat has a height adjustment (standard equipment)& you may need the (optional) teloscoping / tilt wheel.
The Focus is very fuel efficient & actually quite fun to drive.
It's interior roominess makes it work for people of just about any size.
The availability of the teloscoping/tilt wheel, makes it especially usefull to pregnant women too. Sometimes it is needed to put some space between the "baby bump" & the driver airbag. This works well for heavyset people with short legs as well.
BTW after driving that Focus for 4 years, they recently traded it in for a Ford Escape.
The Escape is also available as a Hybrid which is THE most fuel efficient SUV on the planet.
If you're in the midwest (chicago area) I'll be happy to prove my point.

Compared to the other people that posted I am short. I am 6 ft and I drive a ford expedition. It took a while to find a car that I could fit in comfortably. My first car was a Grand Prix and that worked out great. But I love my expedition a lot more. The seats can slide back and the steering wheel can adjust up and down. Good luck car hunting!

I'm tall 6'5" and I have 2 cars that I like. I have my 1979 Mustang and I have a 1988 Fiero. Most of the import cars I can't fit into comfortably, they suck any how. I can't drive a slow car or even ride in one.

Any you can fit into comfortably. My brother is 6'8 and I go car shopping with him. There's most SUVs, trucks (full sized), right now he has of all things a Ford Focus 2002 he fits in. He can also drive my VW new beetle but it's almost too small.
He's so tall he can't ride most amusement park rides because he's TOO tall. lol.

the only way is to try them until you find one that fits. you don't want to have a vehicle that makes you feel like a bow legged cowboy in order to use the clutch and brake nor one that will cause you back problems later from being hunched over.
